PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

SOLL RAPID is very fast drying filler. It has got very good application properties ? excellent levelling and filing. It is dedicated for fast and small repair. Excellent sanding properties without clogging of sanding paper. SOLL RAPID gives corrosion protection and very good adhesion. Manual / machine sanding dry.

APPLICATION

The surface must be cleaned, dry, degreased and matted.

Density: 1,40 – 1,53 g/cm2 Efficiency: 7-8 m2/l
Mixing ratio: 4:1 by volume
Filler 100 % vol.
Hardener 25 % vol.
Spray viscosity: 25 – 30 sec. at + 20C, Ford cup 4 mm
Pot life: Up to 1h at + 20C
Spray gun Nozzle diameter: 1,6 – 2,2 mm
Flash – off: 5 – 7 min. at + 20C

Application: 1 – 3 normal coats

Layer thickness: 40 – 60 ?m Film thickness: 40 – 180 ?m

Drying thickness: 60 – 80 ?m
Drying time: 15 – 20 min. at 60oC /2,5 – 3 h at 20oC.

Infrared drying: Short and medium wave: 12 – 15 min.

Sanding: Sand dry with P400 – P500 or wet with P600 – P1000.
