PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

SOLL RAPID is very fast drying filler. It has got very good application properties, excellent levelling and filing. It is dedicated for fast and small repair. Excellent sanding properties without clogging of sanding paper. SOLL RAPID gives corrosion protection and very good adhesion. Manual / machine sanding dry.

APPLICATION

The surface must be cleaned, dry, degreased and matted.

Density: 1,40 – 1,53 g/cm2 Efficiency: 7-8 m2/l
Mixing ratio: 4:1 by volume
Filler 100 % vol.
Hardener 25 % vol.
Spray viscosity: 25 – 30 sec. at + 20C, Ford cup 4 mm
Pot life: Up to 1h at + 20C
Spray gun Nozzle diameter: 1,6 – 2,2 mm
Flash – off: 5 – 7 min. at + 20C

Application: 1 – 3 normal coats

Layer thickness: 40 – 60 ?m Film thickness: 40 – 180 ?m

Drying thickness: 60 – 80 ?m
Drying time: 15 – 20 min. at 60oC /2,5 – 3 h at 20oC.

Infrared drying: Short and medium wave: 12 – 15 min.

Sanding: Sand dry with P400 – P500 or wet with P600 – P1000.
