Lacquer 5ltr and Fast Hardener 2.5ltr

This is an acrylic clear coat, which contains high levels of solid particles. Because of its hardness, high gloss, UV resistance and  resistance to all climatic conditions to ensure a good appearance and stable layer. Since it is sufficient to spray one and a half layer, spread evenly and dries quickly. This makes it easy to carry out repairs and reduce maintenance time painting chamber.

Hardener: 2K- HS Acrylic hardener SOLL H3 25; 2K- HS Acrylic hardener SOLL H3 10
Dilution: Without thinner; 10-15% acrylic thinner to ready product
Spraying viscosity 20C: 17 – 18 s 4 mm DIN
Spraying pressure: 3 – 4 bar
Spraying nozzle:1,3 ? 1,4 mm
Layers: 2
Pot life: 1h
Curing time / Flash of time; 5-10 min between the layers
Dust dry: 10min / 20?C;   5min / 60C
Set to touch: 14h / 20?C;   45min / 60C
Full Hardness: 24h / 20?C;   2h / 60C

VOC-regulation: EC limiting value for the product (cat. B/e): 840 g/l (2007) This product contains max. 626 g/l

Remarks:

Working conditions: from +10?C and up to 75 % relative air humidity.
Storage: at least 12 years if stored tightly closed in original containers.
