SOLL LIGHT BODY FILLER 1L BEIGE

SOLL LIGHT is a two-component middle viscous filling putty based on polyester resins. It is designed with 30% reduced density. In this way it combines the excellent sandability properties with very light solution. SOLL LIGHT inherent properties of good adhesion to a variety of substrates such as steel, glass fibre reinforced plastics (GFK) and wood, as well as its excellent sandability after a short drying time, make it suitable for a wide range of applications.

APPLICATION

Iron, steel, aluminium, galvanized substrates, glass fibre reinforced materials:
Clean, derust and sand the surface, degrease with anti-silicone.
Old coatings:

Thoroughly sand to remove thermoplastic coats (nitrocellulose based paint, 1K-acrylic coats) as well as acid reacting coats (wash primer) and synthetic resin based coats.

Mixing ratio: 2% Hardener by weight

Pot life at 20C: 4 – 5 min.

Sanding at 20C: Can be sanded after 15 – 20 min
