PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This 2K polyester lightweight fibreglass putty is very easy to sand and has a specific weight of approx. 1,1 kg/l which render it perfect for bridging gaps, little holes and corrosion perforations. To be used for car repair, vehicle and machine construction, model making and boats.

APPLICATION

SOLL GLASS LIGHT was designed for use on steel, aluminium, zinc, GRP. Waterproof, therefore usable for boats. High stability. Very easy to sand. The surface must be cleaned, dry, degreased and matted.

Mixing ratio: Thoroughly mix putty and 2-3% of hardener (by weight): Putty 100 g. / Hardener 2-3 g.

Body filling: 3 – 5min.

Pot life: Apply within 5 minutes at 20C.

Drying time: 16 – 30 minutes

Sanding: Hand sanding (dry): P120 – P320. Machine sanding (dry): P120-320
