SOLL PLASTIC ADHESION PROMOTER Aerosol 400ml Transparent Primer

Primer for plastic parts, such as wing mirrors, bumpers, spoilers etc. Plastic adhesion primer allows conventional plastic parts (PP, EPDM, ABS, PC, PPO, PA, PVC, PUR, PBT(B) and UP-GF) on the outside vehicles to be painted and it results in an excellent adhesion for subsequent coatings. Before usage, clean the surface thoroughly with the aid of washing-up liquid and water. The ground must be dry as well as free from dust and grease. Shake can well thoroughly. Test spray to check compatibility and colour tone. Spraying distance approx. 25 cm. Apply a thin complete layer. The coating can be take place after 15 minutes. Do not spray on surfaces coated with synthetic resins as the paint may lift.

Apply 1 thin cross-coat: 3-5um.

With itself: after 15 minutes.

PAINT STRUCTURE

1. Remove all grease and dust from the plastic surface using washing-up detergent.
2. If necessary, sand down using a 600-grain wet abrasive paper.
3. Apply one cross-coat of plastic bonding agent.
4. Paint over the primed surface using plastic paint spray.
