SOLL HIGH BUILT PRIMER FILLER Aerosol 400ml Grey

All-purpose high build primer for various substrates like steel, galvanized steel and several types of plastic. Very high filling capacity and stability on vertical surfaces. Fast drying.
Containing anti-corrosion pigments.

APPLICATION

Spot Repair and parts refinishing: old paint, except thermoplastic coatings steel, galvanised steel, aluminium. Suitable for several types of plastics (e.g. hard- PVC, PPO/PA, ABS, PC/PBT), cured 2K Putty .
Not suitable for plastic parts made from PP, pp blends like PP/EPDM and polystyrene (e.g. polystyrene). Maybe these substrates have to be pre-treated with Soll or Ars plastic primer.
Pre-treatment: Remove all rust. Sand the substrate with sanding paper grid P180 – P240, clean and degrease it.
Spray distance: 10 – 15 cm
Spray Coats: 2 x (= 40-50 nm dry film thickness). Meet an intermediate flash-off time between two spray- passes until the surface is matte.
Do not apply more than 80 nm dry film thickness.
Drying (20 ?C): TG1 dust dry: 3 min; TG3 dry to touch: 8 min; ready for sanding: 20 min.
