The 1K Epoxy Primer is an all-purpose 1K Primer with excellent adhesion and corrosion protection on metallic substrates, glassware, ceramics, various types of plastics, wood. Can be dry grinded after 45 Minutes with P400 – 500. Can be top coated with any solvent-based or waterborne basecoats as well as with 1K and 2K topcoats. Shake can well for 2 minutes. Spraying distance approx. 10-15 cm.

SPRAYING COATING
Apply 2 coats: ca. 60um. Meet an intermediate flash-off time of 5 min between two spray-passes.
DRYING TIMES
The followings drying-times refer to a dry film thickness of 60um and an ambient temperature of 20C.
Dust free: after 15 min.
Touch dry: after 25 min.
PRE-TREATMENT
Sand and degrease the surface thoroughly. Apply only a dust-free and dry substrates.
