MIPA 2K HS Express Filler FX4 1.25 Ltr KIT 4:1 with H5 Winter Hardener

Extremely fast drying 2K filler for fast and economic spot and part repairs. Can be sanded after only 10 minutes for drying or 35 minutes room temperature drying. Please beware bare metal must be pre-treated with Mipa Vorreiniger “Express” before application.

Mipa 2K-HS-Express-Filler FX 4 is a high-quality two-component filler for fast and economic car refinishing (express technology) that generally doesn’t require oven drying. Mipa 2K-HS-Express-Filler FX 4 cures fast already at room temperature (20°C) and can be sanded after a drying of only 35 minutes (depending on coat thickness and temperature). It is therefore possible to save significantly heating-related costs. In the same time, cycle times are reduced since the painting process is not interrupted by heating intervals. If required, oven drying is also possible. Hereby full sandability is obtained after a drying of approx. 10 minutes at 60° C or 20 minutes at 40°C plus cooling time. Mipa 2K-HS-Express-Filler FX 4 is perfectly suitable for partial car coatings and spot repairs. After pre-treatment with Mipa Vorreiniger Express, this filler provides very good adhesion on steel, iron, aluminium and galvanized substrates.
