SOLL UNI POLYESTER BODY FILLER 1KG SOFT PUTTY

Polyester putty multifunctional, combines the features of filling and finishing putties. Excellent consistency allows its application onto vertical surfaces, and sufficient flexibility minimizes the risk of fractures. Easy in application and sanding with fine and coarse-grain sandpaper. Designed to fill large voids and small irregularities. After application, it leaves a smooth surface thus minimizing the amount of necessary grinding.

APPLICATION

Apply to the surface in thin layers within 4-5 minutes from mixing at 20C. Application minimum temperature is 10C.

Provides excellent adhesion to:

galvanized steel,
steel,
polyester laminates,
aluminium
old paint coatings.

Do not apply directly to the reactive primers, one-component acrylic and nitrocellulose products.

Surface preparation: Degrease, abrade and clear the surface. Degrease again and dry thoroughly.

Putty preparation: Mix thoroughly 100 parts by weight of the filler with 2-3 parts by weight of the curing agent to obtain uniform colour.

Using too much hardener can result in discolouration of the top coat.

Curing time: 35-45 minutes at 20C. Higher temperatures can shorten the curing time.

Sanding: Perform preliminary sanding with P80-P120, finishing with P180 – P320.
